The Watermelon India curates intimate, high-touch creative experiences. To maintain the quality and preparation required for each event, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Cancellations by Attendees

All event tickets and workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be processed, regardless of reason.

Seat Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend up to 48 hours before the event.
Simply share their details with our team for seamless entry.

Cancellations by The Watermelon India

In the rare case that The Watermelon India postpones or cancels an event:

• Guests will receive a full refund,
  OR

• They may choose to move their ticket to the rescheduled date or another upcoming event of equal value.

Event Experience Concerns

If you feel the experience delivered was significantly different from what was communicated, please write to our team within 24 hours of the event, and we will review the matter.

Refund Timelines (If Applicable)

If a refund is issued due to cancellation by us, it may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
