Shipping & Delivery Policy – The Watermelon India

The Watermelon India offers event experiences, digital courses, and physical merchandise. Our shipping and delivery terms are as follows:

Digital Products & Courses

For all digital offerings (courses, downloads, guides, templates):

  • Access is delivered immediately after successful payment.

  • Delivery/Access details will be sent to the email ID provided at checkout.
    If you face any issues accessing your digital product, you may contact our support team.

Physical Products

For all physical merchandise or event-related kits:

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or India Post.

  • Physical orders are typically dispatched within 15 days of order confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner norms, location, and external conditions.

The Watermelon India is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or factors beyond our control. We guarantee dispatch within the stated timeline.

All physical products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer.

Events & Workshops

Event tickets and experiences are delivered digitally via:

  • Email confirmation

  • WhatsApp confirmation (if details are provided)

No physical shipment is involved unless explicitly stated.

International Delivery

International shipping for physical items is currently handled through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services.
Delivery timelines vary by country and courier norms.
