Branding & Design

Website Development

Digital Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

SEO, Social Media, and Performance Marketing

All services are subject to customized proposals, signed agreements, or retainer contracts where applicable.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, visuals, logos, strategies, and related materials produced by The Watermelon India remain our intellectual property unless transferred by agreement.

 

Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Pricing

All pricing will be shared via proposals or service agreements.

 

Invoices are payable within the agreed timelines, usually 50% advance and 50% on delivery (unless otherwise agreed).

 

Late payments may attract interest charges or delays in delivery.

 

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are mentioned in each project scope.

 

Delays caused by lack of feedback or content from the client may extend the delivery schedule.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

 

Project cancellation is only possible before initiation, or via mutual written agreement.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

 

Provide accurate and timely feedback and materials.

Review and approve stages of the project in accordance with the delivery roadmap.

Respect project scope and terms as agreed.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, business data, or any other sensitive material shared during the project.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Watermelon India shall not be held liable for:

 

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Third-party service failures (hosting, platforms, ad networks)

Delays or issues arising from client-side errors or miscommunications

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing work upon written notice, subject to:

 

Pending payments

 

Handover of deliverables completed up to termination date

No further obligation beyond agreed scope

 

10. Changes to Terms

The Watermelon India may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
